CDAI Administration responsibilities vary depending on the project. Ideally if there are any presentation, classroom or theatre areas CDAI should be hired at the beginning of the project. Site lines, space layout and acoustic requirements will dictate certain criteria be instituted to achieve the desired result. Having CDAI involved in the conceptual design and programming phases will not only assist the architect but will eliminate any redesign costs thereby saving time and money.

Construction Administration can start at the Schematic Design phase with our team reviewing not only our designs but those of others, making sure various systems integrate with the overall project requirements. By having CDAI “Take a Look” we can raise questions that help in construction coordination                                -- always a good idea.
