This premiere conference center boasts a banquet hall, several seminar rooms and a videoconferencing boardroom. To equip it to meet the wide spectrum of needs that are common to such facilities, CDAI provided acoustical designs and specified the complex systems that provide audio and video program origination/production and distance learning.

In order to make these systems easy and efficient to operate, we developed a media control center from which all of the equipment in all of the spaces is monitored, interfaced and controlled.

The ultimate integration of these complex technologies makes it easy for the staff to operate it. That, in turn, makes the facilities user-friendly for the many groups and organizations that return to it year after year. This is yet another example of how understanding and integrating technologies makes interpersonal communication – in person or at a distance – an important part of today’s business world.
